PandyLand is aimed at 0-6 year olds however, we are not strict with this age policy. This is because we believe that every child develops their early years skills at their own pace. We want to promote an environment where a child of can learn and grow. If you think your child will enjoy imaginative play, then PandyLand is suitable for them!

Pre-booking is not essential, but it is recommended to guarantee availability for your preferred date and time.

We have soft play areas providing a safe space for babies to explore and engage their senses alongside wonderful sensory activities and picture books.

Our soft play area upstairs is aimed at parents with children of multiple ages, so no one misses out on the fun, whereas our soft play area downstairs is strictly for babies under 12 months old.

To visit our play centre in Sheffield it is £7.95 per child. One free adult is permitted per child, any extra adults are £3.50 each.

Babies and non-walkers are £3.50.

Yes, at our play centre we offer exclusive or non-exclusive hire for birthday parties! Hire out the whole of the play centre and invite your friends and family to celebrate your child’s birthday. For more information email us at hello@pandyland.co.uk regarding our parties/events hire.

At our play centre, the safety of the children is a priority. The PandyLand Team work hard to provide a safe, calm and enjoyable learning experience for all. However, parents/guardians are completely responsible for the supervision and care of their child whilst visiting PandyLand.

As it states in our booking terms & conditions, tickets to our PandyLand play centre are non-refundable. However, you are able to transfer your booking to another day if you can’t make it! Just email us at hello@pandyland.co.uk or give us a call to swap your booking. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to amend and swap your booking.

Unfortunately, we cannot let you up into the role play area before your play session has started. This is because we fully close the area after each session to tidy up and clean, to ensure it’s ready for our next group of customers! However, our cafe is open throughout!
