1. PandyLand does not accept any responsibility for the supervision of children on our premises, therefore children must always be supervised by a parent/responsible adult.

2. Tickets are non-refundable. 24 hours notice is required for session transfers.

3. Please remove shoes before entering the play space. However, socks must be worn at all times by adults and children visiting PandyLand.

4. No external food or drink is permitted within PandyLand.

5. Food or drink that is purchased at PandyLand must not be taken into the play space.

6. Play is restricted to a 70-minute allocated session. You may still attend if you are running late but additional time will not be added to your pre-booked allocated session and this will end at the original specified time.

7. Upon leaving PandyLand, please ensure that PandyLand property is left behind.

8. PandyLand cannot be held responsible for any loss and/or damage to personal property during your visit.

9. For health and safety reasons, in the unlikely event of an accident or injury occurring, please immediately inform a member of staff.

10. Prams and buggies are not permitted within the play centre for health and safety reasons.

11. Abusive behaviour and/or language towards PandyLand staff and/or customers will not be tolerated. Guilty parties will be asked to leave without refund.
