Terms and Conditions for Exclusive Hire Parties at PandyLand

1. Booking and Payment

• A deposit must be paid to secure your booking.

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3-5 days prior to the event. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking.

2. Food and Allergies

• Food will be provided as part of the event package.

• You must inform PandyLand staff of any allergies or dietary intolerances prior to the event to allow us to make appropriate accommodations.

• PandyLand cannot guarantee allergen-free food unless notified in advance.

3. Damage Liability

• Any damage caused to the role-play area during your event will incur a £50 charge.

4. Supervision of Children

• Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

• PandyLand takes no responsibility for the supervision or safety of children during the event.

5. Venue Hire Duration

• The standard venue hire period is for 2 hours.

• Additional time may be arranged, subject to availability, and will incur an additional fee.
